I sat down with Didier Agathe to talk all about his time at Celtic, Agathe talked about how he made the initial impression, “Martin (Martin O’Neill) thought I was a striker when he took me. So after a pre-season game, Jackie McNamara was injured, so he put me on the right side and my first game, I was the MOTM. But again, I was like a kid, very happy to be there and enjoy life.

When Didier Agathe was asked how he felt when he found out Celtic wanted him, ”When Martin O’Neill called me after the game to say he wanted me to sign for Celtic, I could not believe it. My life totally changed but it if you know where you come from…. it is very important to know where you come from. I was very very proud after one year to play for Celtic and again we played Champions League games and final in Sevilla and that was unbelievable.”
